Struan Window Cleaning is built around a team of experienced commercial cleaning and access specialists, combining hands-on technical expertise with structured management, safety leadership, and proven delivery systems.
Our approach is grounded in a multi-generational background in commercial cleaning, dating back to the 1950s. This long-standing industry experience has shaped our focus on quality, reliability, and safe working practices—principles that continue to underpin everything we do today. Previous generations of the business successfully operated at national scale, culminating in the acquisition of a family-run commercial cleaning operation by Rentokil Initial in the mid-2000s.
Today, Struan employs 25 highly trained professionals, including rope access technicians, multi-skilled operatives, and an experienced management team. We support FM providers, managing agents, and estates teams across Scotland and Northern England, delivering compliant, well-planned external cleaning services on complex, live commercial sites using modern access methods and industry-leading safety standards.
